Company History of UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited
UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited was founded by a group that recognized the importance of offering and promoting high-quality products to food canning manufacturers, with a primary focus on export products. In its early stages, the company imported high-quality lacquer products for coating steel sheets used in food canning from countries such as Germany, England, and Japan. Subsequently, the company expanded its business to become a manufacturer of can coatings, can sealant compounds, and chemicals used in the canning industry, as well as various other industrial chemicals. Initially, the factory was located in Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
Later, the company relocated its factory to its current location in Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate, Samut Sakhon Province. Additionally, UBIS Primachem Co., Ltd. was established to receive investment support from the Board of Investment (BOI) for the production of natural rubber-based products, specifically can sealant compounds, with the benefit of a corporate income tax exemption for a period of 8 years.
Currently, UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited has two subsidiaries under its shareholding structure. UBIS Primatech Limited and VITA
