Compound Sealants & Coating Lacquers Since 1983
UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited was established to supply high-quality products to food canning manufacturers, with a strong focus on exports. Initially importing premium lacquers from Europe and Japan, the company later expanded into manufacturing can coatings, sealant compounds, and industrial chemicals.
The company’s operations moved from Nakhon Pathom to its current facility in Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate to support growth. UBIS also established UBIS Primatech Company Limited, which received BOI privileges for producing natural rubber-based sealant compounds, including an 8-year corporate tax exemption.
UBIS (Asia) now operates with two subsidiaries: UBIS Primatech Company Limited and VITA International Trading (Guangzhou) Limited, supporting its regional and global presence.

Founded in 1983, UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited began as a manufacturer of sealing compounds and chemical products, building a strong reputation through innovation and quality.
2011
In 2011, UBIS was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), marking a key milestone in its growth. This enhanced transparency, expanded investment opportunities, and supported the company’s continued regional and global expansion.
Today
UBIS continues to innovate, expanding its product range beyond sealing compounds into advanced chemical solutions. With a focus on R&D and sustainability, the company is growing its presence in both local and international markets.
